These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cikal.Store (store.cikal.studio), operated by PT. Cikal Studio Labs ("Cikal Studio Labs," "we," "us"). By browsing or buying from Cikal.Store, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What We Sell

Cikal.Store sells single-purpose digital tools as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Each tool runs as a self-contained web app accessible via a private link issued after payment. There's no software to install and no account to create — the link is your access.

Purchases & Payment

• All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely by PayPal — we never receive or store your full payment details.
• Access is delivered instantly (typically within seconds) once payment is confirmed, via an on-screen link and an emailed receipt.

Your License to Use a Tool

Buying a tool grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the tool itself. Full license terms, including what is and isn't allowed, are set out in our License Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute your private tool access link
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the access-link or payment system
• Use any tool for an illegal purpose, or in a way that violates a third party's rights
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the store or its tools to build a competing product

Tools on this site — including security scanners, privacy auditors, and financial calculators — are informational aids built on general heuristics and standard formulas. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or cybersecurity professional advice, and results should be treated as estimates or starting points, not guarantees. Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cikal Studio Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a tool purchased on this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke access for a purchase found to involve fraud, a reversed/disputed charge, or a violation of these Terms or the License Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. PT. Cikal Studio Labs is based in Jakarta & Bali, Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
