PT. Cikal Studio Labs ("Cikal Studio Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cikal.Store (store.cikal.studio). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you browse or buy from the store, how we use it, and the choices you have. Individual tools sold on this site are self-contained and, unless a specific tool's own page states otherwise, run entirely in your browser — this policy covers the store website itself: browsing, checkout, support, and the newsletter.

What We Collect

We collect only what's needed to sell you a tool, deliver access to it, and support you afterward:

• Checkout information: when you buy a tool, PayPal shares your email address and payment confirmation with us so we can send your access link and receipt. We never see or store your card or PayPal account credentials — payment is handled entirely by PayPal.
• Newsletter signups: if you subscribe, we store the email address you provide.
• Support and contact requests: the name, email, and message you submit through the Support page or via email.
• Product reviews: if you leave a review after a purchase, we store the rating, review text, and the display name you choose to show publicly.
• Basic usage analytics: aggregate, anonymized page-view and performance data via Vercel Analytics — this does not identify you personally and isn't used for ad targeting.

What We Don't Collect

We don't require an account or password to buy or use a tool — access is via a private link tied to your purchase. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. For tools that process sensitive input locally (passwords, notes, personal data you paste into a tool), that data stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us — each such tool's own page states this explicitly.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your private tool access link and email receipt
• To respond to support requests and answer questions about an order
• To send newsletter updates, only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
• To display product reviews you've chosen to submit publicly
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the store (e.g. investigating disputed charges)

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the store, each only receiving the minimum data needed to do its job:

• PayPal — payment processing. PayPal's own privacy policy governs any data you provide directly to them at checkout.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (receipts, access links, review requests).
• Upstash (Redis) — stores purchase access tokens and review data securely.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides anonymized traffic analytics.

Data Retention

Because a purchase gives you access "forever" (your link renews automatically each time you use it), we keep the underlying access record for as long as the tool remains available for sale, or until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter and support data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@cikal.studio. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Deleting your access record will disable any active tool links tied to that record, so let us know if you'd like a copy of your purchase history first.

Children's Privacy

Cikal.Store is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
