License Terms

When you buy a tool from Cikal.Store, PT. Cikal Studio Labs grants you a license to use it under the terms below. You are not buying the tool's underlying code or intellectual property — you're buying the right to use it.

What Your License Covers

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the tool for your own personal or internal business purposes, indefinitely
  • Access it via your private link on any device — phone, tablet, or computer
  • Use the tool as many times as you like, for as long as your access link remains active

What You Cannot Do

Your license does not permit you to:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise redistribute the tool or your access link to others
  • Share your access link publicly (e.g. posting it where strangers can use it)
  • Claim authorship of the tool, or remove or obscure the Cikal Studio Labs watermark/attribution
  • Copy, extract, or reverse-engineer the tool's code to build or sell a competing product
  • Use the tool as part of a service you offer commercially to third parties, without our prior written permission

Ownership

PT. Cikal Studio Labs retains all right, title, and interest in and to every tool sold on this site, including all associated code, design, and content. No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchasing a license.

No Warranty on Output

Tools that produce an assessment, score, or recommendation (security scans, privacy audits, financial calculations, and similar) do so using general-purpose heuristics or standard formulas. They are aids for your own judgment, not a guarantee of accuracy, security, or financial outcome.

License Termination

We may terminate your license and revoke access if you violate these License Terms, including unauthorized redistribution or resale. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy.
