Story Point Estimation Calculator collects Fibonacci-scale estimates (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, or '?') from each team member for a planning-poker session. It computes a suggested consensus using the median — more robust than averaging on a Fibonacci scale — and automatically flags 'needs discussion' when the highest and lowest estimates are more than one Fibonacci step apart, since that kind of spread usually means the team isn't picturing the same task.
